Great view of the planes and nice having ability to use sister resort.

Great location, food was okay. Staff was nice.

Great weekend getaway, beautiful property, but inhouse restaurant experiences underwhelming.

Loved the salt fish on the Sunday breakfast menu. Loved feeding the iguanas and friendly parrots that visited us at breakfast. Loved the location of Azul and Blue Fin restaurants. Loved my room.

The air condition in inside area at breakfast was balmy. Did not enjoy the food at Azul and Blue Fin. All of the other restaurants were closed during our stay. Not sure why hotel was designated as adults only.

Love the fact they have a 24hr room service and the adult only was a separate building/area/. I was very close to the airport and the staff was very friendly.

The Lounge chairs at our swim up pool was a bit dirty... it has food particles laying on the floor. I called to have it clean and I was told I'd have to wait until the am.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Point and we would love to visit again.

The staff was exceptional! Mrs. Sheryl at the adult pool is the best bartender and Ronaliee is a server and always on top of things. She was exceptional! Wenkisse is an amazing server with the best attitude! She works at Azul. The gentleman that bartends at the front of the resort with the mini casino during the daytime knew ALL of the best tours and such and even pulled up the local paper. Mr. Steve at the rental car booth was very informative too. Mrs. Marie Claude is awesome with housekeeping and the food for the whole trip was amazing!

The AC was not great and the bed was a bit hard. We did receive a new mattress though so that was nice and the staff brought us a fan too!

We'd go back!

The property was great and the staff were excellent. We really enjoyed having the butler and being all inclusive. The ocean front rooms are awesome. The adults only portion is further away from the airport and a bit quieter - but you should understand that you'll be near the airport and it's a bit noisy. But, there are great beaches very close by.

Reserving through Booking turned out to be a major mistake. Advice to all - book directly. Our flight down was cancelled so when we tried to modify the reservation, because we could not check-in as planned - couldn't get there, the hotel told us to contact Booking. Which we did. However, Booking instructed us to talk to the hotel. Complete circle. Was never completely resolved. We ended up paying for a day we could not use because they just pointed the finger to the other company. Waste of time, energy, and money. It's unfortunate because the hotel gets good marketing from Booking - that's how we found them. But they don't seem to play nicely together.

menu at Azul has been updated and better quality. Rooms need to be updated a bit.

Have been to resort since it first opened as one of the first guests and have seen tremendous strides.

There was construction going on outside our room early morning. When notified, they did stop it for the remainder of our stay.

The restaurants on the property was excellent. The staff was very friendly and inviting. The scheduled activities were fun.

Great location to relax and watch the planes fly in. Butler service was great.

Had a rooftop Butler suite, and we spent the first 2 hours in the room watching the planes land from our balcony. Our butler, Yannick, was amazing and knowledgeable. Check-in process was quick and flawless.

Food service at dinner was slow at the sit down restaurants for us, and we both felt that we had better food quality at other all inclusives.

Relaxing all inclusive Hotel

I like that it was all inclusive and that booking.com offered a great deal. Also I like the service and how the staff would treat you well. The best restaurant was Azul. And I love the view and how around the pool they keep asking you if you want a drink or need anything.

The point Restautant was oke and needs to work on the food being serve at the correct temperature. My dinner was cold and food taste was so so.
